Glimpse Opticians

Matt & Gerry (of previous opticians fame) needed a name and full brand for their joint venture, situated in the glorious art deco styled Great Western Arcade in Birmingham. Clearly with a good ‘eye’ for design, they dropped VE a line.

 Supplied with various name options, ‘GLIMPSE’ was settled upon, and VE set about creating a custom 20s inspired font for the logo. The supporting identity repeat pattern reflective of the eclectic frame designs that they have in store.

 The rich mustard, slate grey and navy blue colour scheme flows through the shop, and the pattern features on the beer fridge among other places… cheers to that.
